Here’s what to expect in this process >

  • First, we put our heads together and articulate how Meta ads can be leveraged for growing your business. We define campaign objectives, conduct audience research, discuss creative strategy, budget and timeline.

  • Once settings are in place, I build out the campaign structure organized by objective, audience segments, and/ or ad formats. We revise visual assets, hooks, ad copy and calls to action, and launch the ads.

  • I monitor key metrics like reach to impression share ratio, click-through rate (CTR), conversions, and cost per action (CPA) daily to assess initial performance and implement optimization tactics as needed.

  • I analyze and report on relevant metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROAS and use platform insights to assess performance. Comparing results with past campaigns and industry benchmarks, I share key learnings to apply in future campaigns.

EMAIL

Engage your audience using meaningful and strategic email content. Based on your needs, I will plan, create, schedule and manage both email newsletter campaigns and ongoing email automations. Email, when done well, remains as the most powerful way for brands to drive sales and cultivate customer loyalty. You must have an active Klaviyo or Mailchimp account. Set up is available for an additional fee.

  • First, we define campaign/ automation objectives. By establishing clear goals, I evaluate, segment and clean your contacts list, set a timeline and and determine a content strategy—or what to talk about in the email(s).

  • Based on needs and ROI potential, I create and execute on a build plan. From setting up pre- and post-purchase automations to creating email series to promote a sales event, I ensure the content aligns with the strategy.

  • I monitor open rates, click rates (CTR), conversions, bounce and unsubscribe rates to identify trends and high impact opportunities. With A/B testing, we let the results guide our optimization efforts. I love taking the guesswork out of email and letting the data drive the results.

  • I analyze and report on all relevant metrics as well as on attributed revenue and revenue per recipient and use platform insights to assess performance. Comparing results with past campaigns and industry benchmarks, I provide recommendations on list growth and retention programming.

CONTENT

They say content is everything, and that couldn’t be more true with Meta ads and email. While Meta analyzes content interactions, and determines quality and relevance based on data points generated by those interactions, every email is a 1:1 conversation with your existing audience, rich with data insights into what they want and need. Both channels are driven by content quality. Either you provide it, or engage me to create your content, this is where every campaign comes to life.

Here’s what to expect in this process >

  • Every creative strategy starts with understanding your customer. Through in-depth market, competitor and consumer research, I will work with you in outlining your buyer personas to align content between tone and messaging and your brand’s voice and values.

  • Here, we plan specific themes or topics that align with your campaign goals. These could include promotions, product launches, storytelling, customer testimonials, or educational content.

  • Once content concepts are set, I develop clear and compelling messaging that conveys your key points. I evaluate and select media, determine channel-specific styles, and integrate assets into a unified creative strategy.

  • It’s go time! After final drafts are approved, I upload creatives to the appropriate platform and schedule for delivery. All created content is shared in our work folder, which would either be in Google Drive or DropBox.
